Tender (2023) is a short film which first premiered at Sundance Film Festival. It went on to win the Florida Film Fest Grand Jury Prize for Best Short, and also won at New York Film Week. This is Alexander's first lead film role, of which he was the breakout star. He also stars alongside Will Brill (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,) and Louisa Krause (The Girlfriend Experience.)
